Greater savings on PV systems for Connecticut residents!
Connecticut residents pay more for electricity than just about anyone else in the continental U.S. That’s why more and more Connecticut families and businesses are putting the sun to work by investing in a PV system. It just takes a few days to install a typical residential PV system that will produce free electricity for the next 25 years or more. In some cases, a moderately sized system (6000watts) can cut a family’s electricity costs by up to 80% or more.
CT Solar Services installs turnkey residential and commercial Solar PV systems throughout Connecticut.
PV SYSTEM INSTALLATION, STEP BY STEP

1. Power in a panel. Each aluminum-framed panel is a little over 3ft. X 5ft. in size. Each panel is light, strong, weatherproof and able to generate about .5kWH of electricity on a sunny day.

2. Leak-proof installation. The brackets that secure the aluminum mounting rails to the roof are bolted securely to the roof deck, but every bolt is covered with specially made aluminum flashing. This installation won’t ever leak, corrode or loosen.

3. A well-designed system. Panels, brackets, rails, micro-inverters and wiring harnesses are all designed to work together as an integrated system.
| 4. This roof is ready to work. In just a few
days, a roof that just kept out the weather is now converting sunlight into
electricity –enough to satisfy as much as 90% of this home’s annual electricity usage.
The future looks bright. The sun used to bake the
interior of this home. Today two separate, roof-mounted
solar systems utilize sunlight to generate electricity
and provide the family with hot water.

Additional Information:
The cost of electricity in Connecticut is the most per kilo watt hour in the country besides Hawaii and continuous to increase throughout this region. Increased global fuel demand and pending "Cap and Trade" legislation make it almost certain that these trends will continue.
Federal, state, and local tax benefits and incentive programs lower the cost of solar energy systems. These programs can reduce system costs by 48% or more. Purchasing a solar energy system is an investment that will generate a measurable return on investment (ROI) over its lifetime.
The CT Electrical team optimizes production of your system while paying close attention to technical and aesthetic details during design and installation. Your family or organization should spend significant time choosing a provider that has good quality controls in place.
